Considering you are a FS driver and i - the worst player in this team - beat you on almost any fullspeeder, i'd say no.

but

Skills are not so important to me, i like playing with nice guys who know how to behave politely - and you are definitely one of those nice guys.

I'm pretty sure after some more experience in this game you are going to improve your skills a lot.

All in all: YES for me. Now it's up to the others.

One more thing going to the whole team:

I'd suggest a trial period for new members. A "T" right after the BBD tag would be enough. In this trial period, new members get op rights on all bbd servers and after 1 or 2 months the team finally decides if the skills/behaviour fits for BBD.
